VOLVOWe found the Lexus LBX via the internet and he was able to answer questions before we travelled 100 miles to see it. Given the keys and a had a proper test drive.
The next service was arranged and our concerns over battery problems were sorted without question prior to collection.
Darren met us at Kings Lynn station and handed over the car with 3/4 tank of petrol (not on reserve as expected).
A small part had been identified as missing during a service and this was promptly replaced and Darren also followed up regarding our progress with the car.
Definitely worth travelling for a quality car from a quality dealer.
